Experience – Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience preferably working in Ceramic, Printing Industry. Other Industry candidate can also apply. Sound Technical Knowledge in Ceramic Tiles / Printing Industry will be given preference.

Summary of Job Description - Assessing Orders and Resources, Production Planning & Scheduling,  Maintain Quality Standards, Managing Production Process, Materials & Machinery Management, Manpower Planning, Co-ordinating with Sales / Commercial Staff, Managing Junior Staff, Collaboration with MIS & Management, Production Budgets and Cost Reports, etc.   

Qualification – Degree in an Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing or Business Management or related Industry Field    

Company - Leading Company in Ceramic Industry

Salary CTC – Rs.50,000/- to Rs.70,000/- per month

Week off – Sunday

· Conduct first round of discussion with the candidate to check their suitability against the requirement.

· Own closure of each open position in timely manner

· Schedule interviews based on availability of the candidate and hiring manager/technical manager

· Own internal as well as external follow-up till on-boarding of the candidate

· Schedule induction program for candidate once he/she joins the company and ensure all documentation is completed in timely manner

. Statutory  Compliance. (PF/ESIC/PT/LWF etc...)  

Basic qualifications :- Any Graduate / MBA(H.R)
